Transactional texts only

Kinetiv Consulting LLC sends text messages from +1 888-446-2468, for itself and for the small businesses it builds software for. Every message names the business it's from.

• Your quote is ready, with a link to view it and accept or decline
• Your invoice is ready, with a link to view and pay it
• Confirmation that a payment was received
• Updates about the work you've asked for

We don't send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies, usually one to three texts per job. Message and data rates may apply.

We text only after you agree

You opt in out loud, in person or on a call, when you give your mobile number to Kinetiv or to the business serving you. The business reads you the script below, asks for a clear yes or no, and records your answer, with the date, alongside your contact details.

Business: "We can text you about this job from 888-446-2468, on behalf of [business name], sent by Kinetiv Consulting: when your quote is ready, with a link to accept or decline it, when an invoice is ready, and when we receive your payment. That's usually one to three texts per job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP at any time to opt out. Our text terms are at kinetivconsulting.com/sms and our privacy policy is at kinetivconsulting.com/privacy. May we text you at this number? Please answer yes or no."

Customer: "Yes."

Business: "Thank you. You're enrolled, and your first text will be your quote from 888-446-2468."

If the answer is no, we don't text you; we email instead. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

Stop anytime

• STOP — reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts.
• HELP — reply HELP for help, or email us at the address below.
• START — if you opted out and want texts again, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number stays with us

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our messaging provider, Twilio, processes your number only to deliver our messages.
