What this program is

The Kinetiv Founding Client Program offers three qualifying companies a free AI Opportunity Assessment and a free single-agent prototype — a custom Microsoft 365 Copilot agent, deployed in your Microsoft 365 environment.

In exchange, you agree to participate in a public case study with quantified outcomes.

This is how Kinetiv builds its first case studies. You get real, working AI delivered at no cost. We get proof.

What you get

  • AI Opportunity Assessment — a structured diagnostic identifying your top Copilot agent use cases and directional ROI. Delivered as an Opportunity Brief (under 10 pages).
  • Custom Copilot Agent Prototype — a working proof-of-concept agent built against one real use case, deployed in your existing M365 tenant.
  • Senior-led delivery — every engagement is led by expert practitioners, from scoping through delivery.
  • No cost — no fees for either the Assessment or the Prototype under this program.
  • No commitment to a paid engagement — participation in this program does not obligate you to purchase anything further from Kinetiv.

What we ask of you

  • Sign a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Kinetiv.
  • Participate in a public case study — written by Kinetiv, reviewed and approved by you before publication. The case study will include quantified outcomes (e.g. hours saved, cycle time reduced, tickets deflected).
  • Make your people accessible — reasonable access to 2–5 stakeholders for interviews and working sessions, typically totaling 4–8 hours of your team's time across the engagement.
  • Provide access to relevant systems and data — the level of access required will depend on the use case selected. Kinetiv will only request what's necessary to design, build, and test the agent.
  • Allow Kinetiv to reference the engagement — we may reference your company name, industry, and the outcomes achieved in our marketing materials, website, and conversations with prospective clients.

Qualifying criteria

Kinetiv reviews every application. To qualify, your company generally needs to:

  • Be a US-based company with 100–1,000 employees
  • Have an active Microsoft 365 tenant
  • Have purchased Microsoft Copilot or Agent 365 licenses (or be in active evaluation)
  • Have a specific operational problem or workflow you want to address
  • Have a stakeholder who can participate in the engagement (COO, VP Operations, IT Director, or equivalent)
  • Have an existing M365/Copilot Studio environment where the prototype can be deployed

Kinetiv reserves the right to decline any application if the engagement is not a fit for this program — for any reason, including technical fit, scope feasibility, or program capacity.

What this program is not

  • Not a sales pitch. The Assessment and Prototype are real deliverables, not demos designed to pressure you into a paid engagement.
  • Not open-ended. The Prototype is scoped to one non-complex use case. Work beyond that scope is a paid engagement.
  • Not guaranteed. Slots are limited to three. The program closes when three qualifying clients are accepted.
  • Not a managed service. Kinetiv delivers and deploys the prototype. Ongoing operations, maintenance, and future development are separate.

Who owns what

  • Everything Kinetiv builds for you is yours. All agent designs, configurations, and deliverables produced under this program belong to your company upon completion.
  • Kinetiv retains the right to describe the engagement, its approach, and its outcomes in marketing and business development contexts.

Keeping things private

Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential business information private. The case study is the agreed-upon exception — its scope and content will be mutually agreed before publication.

Limitation of liability

The Assessment and Prototype are provided at no charge. To the extent permitted by law, Kinetiv's liability under this program is limited to re-performing any deficient work. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
