Assessment Terms

The short version

The AI Opportunity Assessment ("the Assessment") is a free, self-service diagnostic from Kinetiv Consulting LLC ("Kinetiv," "we," "us"). You answer a short set of questions about your organization; we score them and generate a personalized results report, delivered to you by email.

These terms cover the Assessment itself — what we collect through it, how we use it, and how your results are handled. Everything else about how Kinetiv handles your information is covered by our Privacy Policy.

The important distinction: completing the Assessment lets us generate and deliver your results, and follow up with you about them. That is separate from marketing consent — the optional opt-in to receive marketing emails is a separate choice, and you can complete the Assessment without it.

What the Assessment is

The Assessment asks you to rate opportunity, value, and readiness across the functional areas you select. From your responses, we generate a personalized report highlighting where AI opportunities and gaps appear strongest for your organization, and suggested sequencing.

The report is directional guidance produced automatically from what you tell us. It is not a formal audit, a professional consulting engagement, or advice tailored by a Kinetiv practitioner to your specific circumstances. It's a starting point for a conversation, not a substitute for one.

What we collect through the Assessment

To generate and deliver your results, we collect what you provide during the Assessment:

• Your responses — the areas you select, the ratings you give, your role, industry, company size, current Microsoft 365 and Copilot status, and any free-text you choose to enter.
• Your contact details — the name, email address, and company we need to generate your report and send it to you.

You decide what to share. Some fields are needed to produce and deliver your results; beyond those, what you provide is up to you.

How we use your Assessment data

We use the information you provide through the Assessment to:

• Generate and deliver your results — score your responses and email you your personalized report.
• Follow up about your results — we may contact you about your Assessment and results, and to offer a conversation about them. This follow-up is part of providing the Assessment you requested — it happens on the basis of our legitimate interest, whether or not you opt into marketing.
• Improve the Assessment — understand, in aggregate, how the Assessment performs so we can make it better.

Marketing is separate and optional. Agreeing to these terms is not consent to marketing. Marketing and educational emails are sent only if you separately opt in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Assessment-related follow-up above is not marketing.

How your results are handled

Your report is generated automatically from your responses and delivered by email. We may retain a copy of your responses and report to deliver your results, provide follow-up, keep our records, and improve the Assessment, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Because the report is directional guidance generated from self-reported inputs, we provide it "as is," without warranty. Any decisions you make based on it are your own. For guidance tailored to your specific circumstances, talk with us.

What you can do

• Access, correct, or delete — you can ask us what information we hold from your Assessment, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• Withdraw marketing consent — if you opted into marketing, you can withdraw that consent at any time; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Opt out of follow-up — if you'd rather not hear from us about your results, tell us and we'll stop.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or, if applicable, the EU/UK GDPR. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
